Erin Dickinson is an owner and founding partner of Crueger Dickinson LLC, who left a large law firm partnership to litigate cases from a different platform. She practices large, high stakes litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, including serving in leadership roles in large multi-district litigation and nation-wide class action cases. Most recently, Ms. Dickinson was elected to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee chosen to lead the nationwide opiate litigation on behalf of over one-thousand municipal governments. In Re.: National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL 2804. She has represented clients from individuals to government entities to fortune 500 companies and has tried multiple complex cases to jury verdict, most recently serving as lead trial counsel for a class of over 7000 pension holders that resulted in a unanimous jury verdict for her clients. Ms. Dickinson is currently representing clients in water contamination cases as a result of aqueous film-forming foam that have been consolidated in multi-district litigation.
